Mindstix is a technology consulting and product engineering company that partners with global enterprises to build innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage end-to-end receivables for our US business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes for US clients.
Generate and reconcile invoices, customer payments, and outstanding balances.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and resolve payment-related issues.
Ensure compliance with US cross-border taxation and Indian GST regulations.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with internal finance and business teams for smooth billing operations.
Prepare AR reports, aging analysis, and support month-end closing activities.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Strong understanding of US cross-border taxation.
Good knowledge of GST compliance.
Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with US stakeholders.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Immediate availability is mandatory.
Preferred
Experience working with US-based clients.
Exposure to international finance operations.
Strong Excel skills.
