The Defense and Systems program rotations are geographically located in Southwest Ohio (Cincinnati/Dayton) and Lynn, MA. Candidates will have the opportunity to work within several roles during their 8-month rotational assignments.
The following are the types of roles typically available:
• Project and Program Management
• Business Operations
• Customer Services (Spares, Services, Customer Account Manager, Contract Management)
• Sales & Marketing
• Proposal Manager
• Strategy Operations
• Competitive/Market Intelligence Analysis
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Commissioned U.S. Military Officer with a minimum 5 years of service completed by start date, up to a maximum 12 years, with an Honorable Discharge upon completion of Military obligations.
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited University
- Minimum of 4 years of active-duty status in the last 5 years of service
- Maximum of 2 years of separation from active duty; exceptions available for extenuating circumstances (Active Reserve Duty, Graduate Degree pursuit)
Desired Characteristics:
- Candidates must have a military service record that demonstrates an advanced career trajectory including the following:
- Rank: O-3 to O-4
- Time in service: 8 - 12 years
- Assignment to billets of increased responsibility and direct leadership
- Company command or service equivalent, key staff billets at Battalion/Squadron/Ship level or higher, etc…
- Completion of an advanced military training course (I.E. Flight School, Special Forces, Nuclear Power School, etc.)
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field of study.

The base pay range for this position is 117k - 132k. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 6/30/2026.
