Military DoD SkillBridge Program - Power Conversion IPT Leader - Converters & Inverters
Systems engineering is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and set of structured processes. All activities consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users’ needs. The discipline executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and other professionals to achieve project goals.
Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include multiple engineering disciplines for all products.
