Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Estamos procurando um(a) Engenheiro(a) Sênior de Migração e Modernização para liderar iniciativas de transformação cloud em clientes de grande porte. Nessa posição, você será responsável por conduzir projetos de migração de workloads on-premises para AWS e de modernização de aplicações legadas para arquiteturas cloud-native escaláveis e eficientes. Você vai atuar em projetos estratégicos que envolvem discovery técnico, planejamento de migração, execução e otimização pós-migração — sempre equilibrando profundidade técnica com visão de negócio para garantir entregas de alto valor.
Key Responsabilities
• Liderar end-to-end projetos de migração de infraestrutura e aplicações para AWS (lift-and-shift, re-plataforma, re-arquitetura)
• Conduzir discovery e assessment técnico de ambientes legados, identificando riscos, dependências e oportunidades de otimização
• Desenhar arquiteturas cloud-native usando microserviços, containers (EKS), funções serverless (Lambda) e bancos gerenciados
• Implementar infraestrutura como código (IaC) com Terraform e AWS CloudFormation
• Realizar AWS Well-Architected Reviews e implementar recomendações de segurança, performance e custo
• Colaborar com times de infra, segurança, dados e negócio para garantir entregas alinhadas ao roadmap do cliente
• Documentar arquiteturas, decisões técnicas, runbooks e planos de rollback
• Atuar como referência técnica para membros júnior e pleno do time durante os projetos
• 5+ anos de experiência em engenharia de software com foco em cloud e migração
• Experiência prática com AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, Migration Hub, DMS e MGN
• Domínio de IaC com Terraform e/ou CloudFormation
• Experiência com containers e orquestração: Docker e Kubernetes
• Conhecimento em Python e/ou Java para desenvolvimento e automação em projetos de migração
• Experiência com CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins ou similar)
• Capacidade de se comunicar com clareza com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate ou Professional é um diferencial

Skills Required
