Role Description 

We’re looking for a passionate creative who loves to produce amazing design work and has an interest in motion design.  Work within our Creative team is never dull so we’re looking for someone who wants to contribute fresh and exciting ideas across a number of different design tasks (from performance media creative campaigns to web site builds and everything in between).

Key Responsibilities 

  • Designing creative (but also user-centred) work based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Creating data lead paid media creative for brands. Creating layouts and animating them at scale using smart automaton techniques.
  • Getting involved in creative brainstorming to come up with exciting new campaign and content ideas.
  • Working closely with our media, UX and development teams to make sure that everything we design is fit for purpose
  • Visually communicating new design ideas quickly through mood boards, rough layout sketches or wireframes etc.
  • Occasionally communicating with our clients to help share our ideas and vision with them
  • Working with our current Design tools like Figma, Cavalry and Adobe Creative Cloud, latest Gen Ai models whilst also keeping an eye out for new and exciting technology that allows us to work smarter.

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Experience in a design role showing digital work.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma or equivalent and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • A good eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
  • A basic understanding of animating motion graphics
  • Good understanding of responsive design and export optimised assets.
  • Confident working within brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and occasionally present work to clients.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
