Your future team
As Mid/Senior Motion Designer, you will work as a part of Marketing Shared Service Center, a design and digital production team in charge of creating designs for ROCKWOOL’s internal stakeholders. You will work closely with partners, designers and animators, communicating daily with marketing stakeholders from all parts of the ROCKWOOL Group organization.
What you will be doing
You will report to the MSSC Team Lead and join a team of professionals responsible for design and design production globally. You will be responsible for executing all motion design and video-related tasks. You will also be required to:

Design and animate corporate visual assets, for both, physical and digital media, including but not limited to: marketing materials, social media animations, infographics, social media assets, banners, product and promotional videos, etc.

Maintain brand consistency

Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Group

Handle the animation process from brief and idea to final output files requested by the partner

Support the design and motion design process and reviews of marketing media

Manage and execute multiple projects at a time with varying deadlines
What you bring
Technical Skills:
-
Experience: 6+ years as a motion designer in an agency or a large multinational organisation.
-
Project management: direct client communication experience, advanced time management and project scoping skills.
-
Motion Design Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Working knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) and 3D workflow (modelling, texturing, rendering, etc.)

Technical mindset in creating projects, templates, assets, etc.

Motion design skills: Proficient with animation and composition principles to create visually appealing impactful motion designs with ability to effectively use that knowledge to enhance readability, and overall motion design aesthetics.

C1/C1+ English proficiency.

Portfolio (reels) of own previous projects is a must!

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify motion design challenges and develop solutions that address both user needs and business objectives.

Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to convey motion design concepts, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively throughout the motion design process.

Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in motion design execution and ensuring accuracy in every aspect of the pipeline.

Adaptability and willingness to learn: stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and motion design best practices, and be willing to adapt their skills accordingly.

Autonomy: ability to work autonomously and independently in a corporate environment without constant supervision.
