We are seeking a skilled Middleware Solutions Specialist to join our IT team. This professional will focus on managing file transfer and job scheduling solutions to support live environments and onboard new customers, with a strong emphasis on engineering tasks. The role involves introducing new technologies, improving processes, automating workflows, and managing IT customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **File Transfer Technology Support: **
- Configure, monitor, and maintain secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, SCP, FTP, SSH).
- Ensure data integrity and security during transfers, adhering to compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX.
- Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Implement automated file transfer workflows using no-code/low-code tools.
- **Redwood Technology Support**
- Manage and optimize the Redwood RunMyJobs workload automation platform.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to support business processes.
- Monitor job schedules, performance, and system health, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Redwood automation with other enterprise systems.
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing file transfer protocols and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Redwood RunMyJobs or similar workload automation platforms.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
- problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Skills: **
- Experience with cloud-based file transfer solutions.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and APIs.

38,500 USDMaximum :
