Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI/ML solutions.
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct research on innovative AI/ML techniques and methodologies.
- Optimize data pipelines and model architectures for scalability.
- Perform experiments and iterate on model improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends.
- Contribute to code reviews and work closely with engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hands-on AI/ML model development and deployment experience.
- Proficient in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong Python skills and experience with data preprocessing.
- Solid knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation metrics.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-prem solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or FastAPI for model serving.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative agile workflows.
- Upper-intermediate level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
