RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding coordination.
- Proactively source top tech talent (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Product Managers, etc.) via LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram communities, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, with a focus on sourcing and engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
- Conduct structured interviews, ensuring the best candidate fit.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes using ATS & recruitment tools.
- Stay updated on tech hiring trends and the CIS talent market.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specializing in hiring top tech talent.
- Strong knowledge of the CIS tech market and the best sourcing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Telegram sourcing.
- Skilled in interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the right fit.
- Able to work independently and manage full hiring cycles.
- Experienced in working closely with hiring managers and tech teams.
- Fluent in Russian and English, conducting interviews in both languages.
- Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
