We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities.
✔️ What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experienced in optimization and automation of the recruiting processes and building recruitment strategies;
- Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking).
- Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, processes and tools (ability to search and contact candidates not only via Linkedin.
- A result-oriented, responsible and attentive to details team player.
- From the personality side — proactive, initiative, independent, creative and engaged (Focused on searching best future team members instead of just closing positions).
- Ability to think out of the box for making recruitment process more efficient and modern.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (recruiting in Georgia and communication with colleagues abroad).
✔️ You'll spend time on the following:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting processes of various technical and administrative positions, ensuring the best possible candidate experience (working on vacancy requirements / posting vacancies / CV screening/scheduling interviews / giving feedback).
- Sourcing candidates from different channels (passive search, networking, internal databases, employee referrals) and generating pipelines for each position.
- Building and maintaining relationships both with an internal team and candidates.
- Participating in the optimization of recruiting processes and practices.
- Creating a positive candidate experience (within the employer brand).
- Give personalized, detailed feedback to the candidates.
- Maintain and increase the internal database and related reports.
- Be an ambassador for Techery Team on the market and care about its brand.
In our company, there are no bonuses for filling positions. We value consistent performance and long-term commitment, hence our reward system is based on a fixed salary and the achievement of objectives through OKRs.
In the cities where we have offices (Kyiv, Dnipro), we have a mandatory hybrid work format - 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
What We Do
Techery is a digital innovation software company with focus on consumer behavior and automation. Our customers are mainly non-tech companies who need to teleport their operations to 2020.
Our customers realize that the map is being changed and they need more advanced tools to execute their strategies.
Unlike many other digital companies Techery not only knows HOW to write code, but also knows WHAT to write and WHEN to write it. We are one of the few technology companies that won't ask questions like:
- "Now please tell us about your business"
- "So what do you want to build?"
- "OK, do you have requirements for the software you have in mind?"
Instead we will ask questions like:
- "So what's on your mind? You go first and then we'll share what we were thinking as well"
- "Is that true that your biggest challenge tomorrow is gonna be XXXXX?"
- "What are ready to say NO to today in order to get what you want tomorrow?"
Of course, like everyone else we have some big names up our sleeve, but there's no point in trying to impress anyone with them. However, our concept of working with large companies is different. We only work with them to deliver something truly groundbreaking that will eventually impact their entire business, like it was with Xerox and the CloudPrinting platform we had built.
We do love smaller companies more though. Better communication, less BS, straight goals, clear metrics. And that's understandable. Every big company is trying to make it look like it's small and to operate like it's small. We can help with that too.
We prefer personal meetings to endless chains of emails.
