Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support to users via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Under direct supervision, provide first level technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, network related problems.
- Deploy and administer IT systems in the assigned region, including end-user desktops, laptops, computing servers, network equipment, voice and video hardware and mobile devices.
- Manage desktop images, conduct upgrades, perform security patching, and configure systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolve incidents escalated by the call center or security operations center within appropriate priorities and urgencies.
- Provide effective troubleshooting and accurate solutions to advanced hardware and software computing problems for Windows, mobile devices, printers, peripherals.
- Implement and maintain both wired and wireless network connections between devices, ensuring reliable communication.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of a system administrator or other relevant experience
- Skills and Abilities: Flexible, reliable person with good communication skills, ability to work independently.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- OS: Windows 10/11
- Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Hardware: PC/laptops, switches, routers, access points, printers, video conference devices
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Working conditions: Part time, 3 days per week in the office.
