What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java
- Build and support event-driven architectures leveraging technologies such as Kafka, SQS, and RabbitMQ
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests
- Design and optimize solutions utilizing relational databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Deploy and support applications in containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS
- Leverage AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and ECS
- Implement observability practices to improve reliability and performance
- Design highly available and scalable systems utilizing concepts such as auto-scaling, load balancing, clustering, and disaster recovery
