What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Java and related technologies
- Build scalable, resilient, and secure applications leveraging AWS services
- Implement unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure reliability
- Contribute to event-driven architectures and distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
- Apply engineering best practices to ensure maintainable and future-proof code
- Solid knowledge in Java for backend development
- Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and performance testing
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
- Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, ECS)
- Understanding of observability practices
- Strong grasp of scalability concepts such as auto-scaling, load balancing, clustering, and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with principles like SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI
- Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Golang
- Background in the financial sector (banks, fintechs, card companies, insurance)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team’s technical evolution
