RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain robust, high-performance application functionality and services;
- Design and implement new features that enhance user experience and align with business objectives;
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions;
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing codebases, architecture, and processes;
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices;
- Contribute innovative ideas and technical insight to improve overall product design and system performance;
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed features, APIs, and modules;
- Participate actively in team development activities, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
- Ensure code quality through the creation of automated unit, integration, and functional tests;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to full-stack development.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js (preferably with TypeScript);
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, etc.);
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles;
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modular architecture;
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or microservice architectures;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git);
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices;
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or similar);
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in team-based agile environments;
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English;
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
