The Role

We’re developing a next-generation fintech platform that bridges traditional finance and decentralized technologies. The product is a borderless, crypto-native neobank designed for Millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha — combining banking, a crypto wallet, a crypto card, and a secure messenger into a unified, regulation-compliant ecosystem. The platform empowers users to bank, transact, earn, and connect seamlessly in a self-sovereign digital environment.

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for Project Manager who has:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably in FinTech, banking, or payments;
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled Agile methodologies;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA, UI/UX, DevOps, etc.);
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC, AML) is a plus;
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent English (B2+) for communication with international teams and clients;
  • Technical background would be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As a Project Manager you will:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders to define project goals and priorities;
  • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and schedules;
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team follows best practices;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery;
  • Track project progress, analyze KPIs, and report status to stakeholders;
  • Manage communication between technical and non-technical teams;
  • Ensure regulatory and security compliance, based on industry;
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
