Currently we are looking for Senior Project Manager to join one of our Delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects (or project portfolio with various teams). Ready to act as PM one project and as Team manager on another account. Be ready to scale to Program manager
- Start new projects, run discovery phases
- Ensure excellence of delivery (SDLC and Delivery indicators)
- Ensure teams following best practices on the project, ensure smooth processes, and executing process improvements
- Account management (building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
- Establish communication channels with the Client's representatives, and ensure delivery goals are reached
- Perform all resource management activities
- Resource planning and staffing
- Motivate and develop a project/account teams, manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years proven experience in IT management
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT service business
- Proven experience in project/account start and establishing of all necessary processes on the project/account from scratch
- Leadership approach, ownership mentality
- Experience in managing at least 15 subordinates on multiple projects
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban is must. Knowledge of Safe and LeSS would be a plus. PM, Scrum Master experience/certification would be a plus.
- Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Reediness for business trips abroad.
