Middle QA Specialist

• Conduct manual testing of the brand's web and mobile platform, covering functional, UI/UX, localization, and regression testing;

• Test the cashier and local payment methods (PSE, Nequi, Daviplata) in real regional conditions;

• Perform QA of CRM communications (email, push, pop-ups) and promo flows;

• Verify ISP accessibility and region-specific behavior;

• Write and maintain test cases, reports, and track bugs in Jira;

• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, and Dev teams.

• 1+ years as a QA Specialist, preferably in iGaming, betting, or fintech;

• Solid experience in manual testing of web and mobile products;

• Strong understanding of test design, bug lifecycle, and QA documentation;

• Experience testing payment flows and CRM communications;

• Hands-on experience with Jira;

• English level B2 or above;

• Plus: API testing, performance/load testing basics.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking;

• Reliable and able to work at a high pace without losing quality;

• Good communicator in cross-functional teams;
