Middle Manual QA Engineer (Web and Mobile)

We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer (Web and Mobile) to join our team!

Our client is a world market leader in sustainable cultivation that contributes to the better health of people and the planet making agriculture healthier, safer, and more productive. Our team works on the development of integrated responsive front-end web and mobile applications that support farmers and growers in the use of the natural organic solutions that improve health, resilience and productivity of their crops. The application enables mapping (possible) problems in the crops and provides the growers and farmers with the optimal solutions and tools to solve the issues. An existing set of applications has been developed in React and React Native that work on top of a backend from REST API.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the assigned project and drive all testing work for Web and Mobile applications
• Create, execute & review software test plans, test cases, and reports
• Work closely with the Dev team and other stakeholders to understand the project goals and requirements/user stories
• Plan cross-system testing to ensure robust test coverage
• Perform system testing, regression testing
• Recommend processes, services, software, and other tools to support business objectives
• Be proactive, participate in the decision-making process, and take ownership of the end result
• Deliver great and consistent results being a part of a Scrum team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a manual QC Engineer
• Experience and deep awareness in functional testing
• Excellent skills in documenting, analyzing test strategy, test plan, test cases, and test results
• Experience in manual functional, compatibility, integration, load, and stress testing
• Experience with testing iOS, and Android mobile apps
• Good experience in testing of web services
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Experience and knowledge of methods and types of testing (manual testing, Smoke, regression testing, etc.);
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) software development, task management and tracking tools
• Good estimation skills
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira
• Understanding of CI/CD process principles
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills
• B2 level of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
