We are looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to build and configure validation and transformation logic as per business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Product Owners, Service Delivery Managers and Clients to ensure seamless implementation of Accuracy validations and Transformation logic.

About Our CustomerThis fintech company specializes in transaction reporting solutions for banks, brokers, and asset managers. Their mission is to empower clients by providing transparency and control over their data, making transaction reporting more efficient, accurate, and complete. This simplifies the reporting process by removing unnecessary steps, reduces risk and increases confidence through automation and audit trails, resulting in significant resource and cost savings.
Requirements- 2+ years of background in data analysis and management service
- Knowledge of specifying technical requirements and communicating to Dev team via JIRA tickets
- Skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL queries
- Experience with data validation, transformation logic, or ETL processes
- Ability to perform data analysis and exposure to technologies. E.g. Python, Excel and SQL
- Data manipulation, interpretation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with business and technical teams effectively
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities- Review and develop and configure data accuracy validations based on specifications
- Conduct testing and validation of implemented logic
- Implement data transformation logic as requested by clients or the Product Owner
- Ensure transformations meet functional and technical requirements
- Troubleshoot and optimize transformation rules for efficiency
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to validation and transformation processes
- Document processes, logic, and implementation details for future reference
