What You’ll Do- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Work closely with Business, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver effective solutions
- Support financial systems and business users by troubleshooting production issues and operational incidents
- Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Analyze and improve business processes supporting treasury and capital markets products
- Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Participate in system enhancements, implementations, testing, and production support activities
