If you want to:
- Managing and scaling paid search and other paid channels (like Display, Programmatic, etc.) with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Testing and refining acquisition strategies to drive quality traffic and conversions across different markets.
- Running A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to boost campaign performance.
- Analyzing campaign data to spot opportunities, find what’s underperforming, and make improvements.
- Putting together regular reports that clearly show how campaigns are doing, what’s working, and what could be better.
- Staying up to date with trends in paid media and digital marketing — and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
And you can check off:
- At least 2+ years of experience in managing paid search acquisition campaigns;
- Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google sheets and etc.);
- Excellent analytical thinking, ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps;
- Experience in working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments;
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written;
- Familiarity with SEO and CRO best practices is an advantage;
- Intermediate skills with Google Tag Manager and web tracking is an advantage.
