Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Murex Front Office Specialist to support trading activities and Front Office functionalities within the Murex platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, and hands-on experience with Murex Front Office modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Murex Front Office (FO) functionalities, including trade capture, pricing, and booking
  • Work closely with traders and Front Office users to gather and translate business requirements
  • Support pricing models, market data configuration, and trade lifecycle events
  • Ensure accurate trade capture and valuation across asset classes
  • Analyze and resolve Front Office issues related to trades, pricing, and market data
  • Support new product onboarding and enhancements within Murex
  • Participate in testing (UAT), releases, and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with Risk, Middle Office, and Back Office teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
  • Maintain documentation of FO configurations and workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Murex (MX.3), particularly in Front Office modules (simulations, generators, e-tradepad etc.)
  • Solid understanding of financial products (FX, rates, derivatives, equities, commodities)
  • Experience with pricing, trade booking, and market data configuration
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and Front-to-Back processes
  • Familiarity with pricing models and valuation methodologies
  • Experience with Murex implementations or upgrades
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with structured products
  • Knowledge of Python or scripting languages
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with traders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, Front Office environment
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
