Mid-Senior .NET Software Engineer | Telematics

We are looking for a Mid-Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our R&D division in Vilnius. In this role, you will help build our new OEM data aggregation and Geotab integration solutions. This product is in its early stages of development, your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across teams will be highly valued.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We use the latest technologies to set new standards for the telematics industry.

As a member of a cross-functional team, your main area of work will focus on back-end development using C# (.NET 10). If you enjoy finding innovative solutions to technical challenges, this is a great opportunity to contribute broadly to the creation and development of .NET solutions in a dynamic and collaborative team.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop reliable APIs, background services and integrations.
• Collaborate with other departments in analyzing, evaluating and implementing complex solutions.
• Work independently and within in a team in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Producing high quality, tested and maintainable code.
• Refactoring and reviewing code.
• Investigate and resolve the issues reported by internal and external partners.
• Assist team members to achieve a common goal.

TECHNOLOGY STACK

• Back-end: C# .NET 10, ASP.NET Core Web API, Worker Services, MySQL, Entity Framework Core, Kafka, Quartz, AWS Systems Manager/Parameter Store, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Project management: JIRA, GitLab.

What we expect of you:

• Proven experience working with C#, .NET platform.
• Experience working with MySQL and EF Core.
• Strong focus on code quality using xUnit.net and Moq.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems.
• Other tech stack considered an advantage: AWS; Parameter Store or DynamoDB; Linux.
• Curiosity, analytical mindset, eager to work in dynamic environment.
• Very good written and oral Lithuanian and English communication skills.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €22.00 - €34.00 (~3670 Eur – 5670 Eur) per hour pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
