If you want to:
- Build and manage relationships with mobile networks and partners;
- Negotiate commercial terms and set up new campaigns with clear ROI targets;
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV) and optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency;
- Collaborate with our performance marketing, analytics, and product teams to drive user growth;
- Set up tracking and attribution through our MMP and ensure accurate reporting;
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities and test new partners, creatives, and traffic sources;
- Manage budgets, forecast results, and report on performance to stakeholders.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience in mobile affiliate marketing or user acquisition;
- Solid understanding of the mobile performance ecosystem and mobile attribution;
- Proven track record of hitting growth or revenue targets through affiliate or performance channels;
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Excellent analytical thinking, ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
