This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer to join an innovative AGR Tech project from the ground up, focused on building a neural-language-based communication system for client interactions. In this role, you will work directly with the CTO, contributing to both technical architecture and product evolution in a highly collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling modern fullstack applications, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions and LLM integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, has strong ownership mindset, and is excited about applying artificial intelligence to solve real business problems.

Requirements
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Python and FastAPI
Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures
Skills Required
- 3 years of experience in Fullstack Software Development
- Knowledge in Python backend development
- Experience building frontend applications with Javascript/React
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Interest in or hands-on experience with LLMs, AI tools, or AI-based products
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical decisions
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
