Senior full-stack engineer responsible for building and scaling a global product-pricing platform. The role combines Java and Spring Boot backend development with React and TypeScript frontend architecture, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, testing, CI/CD, and observability. Beyond hands-on development, the engineer will improve architecture and engineering practices, reduce technical debt, mentor team members, and guide AI-assisted development workflows using coding assistants and LLM technologies.

Lead a full-stack development team delivering features, integrations, bug fixes, and production support across global markets. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage the development backlog, contribute to Java/Spring Boot and React or Angular codebases, mentor developers, coordinate feature rollouts, and support international expansion. Occasional travel to US and Latin American markets is required.

Rapidly prototype and ship production software using AI-powered coding tools. Develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning components, Flows, configurations, integrations, automation, and CRM capabilities. Design secure enterprise architectures, APIs, and data models; troubleshoot and train users; collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams; conduct testing, deployments, code reviews, and mentoring. Evaluate new Salesforce features such as Agentforce while ensuring security, data integrity, performance, and continuous improvement.

Collaborates with product, engineering, architecture, business, and release teams in Agile ceremonies while using AI to improve test design, edge-case discovery, result analysis, and root-cause investigation.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React. Build REST APIs, integrate warehouse and logistics systems, and work with Apache Kafka event streams. Support legacy application modernization, distributed systems, microservices, relational databases, production troubleshooting, performance improvements, testing, code reviews, and cross-functional technical collaboration.

Lead and improve engineering practices for a global pricing platform: design and build scalable Java Spring Boot microservices and React frontends, own APIs and data integrations (Kafka, BigQuery), mentor engineers, drive testability, CI/CD, observability, and adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.

Own quality for a large mobile platform through hands-on exploratory/manual testing and automation advocacy. Shift testing left with dev/product/design, build and scale automation frameworks (Appium/Java/Cucumber), push coverage into unit/component/contract layers, use AI-augmented tooling for test design and triage, and influence distributed teams to increase automation and improve QA processes.

Work with clients to gather and document requirements, rapidly prototype solutions (including AI tools), present and iterate on designs, bridge business and technical teams, collect user feedback, and support product quality and decision-making.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data models, and Python transformations. Writes optimized SQL, monitors pipeline reliability, troubleshoots failures, implements data-quality validation, and supports security and governance practices. Collaborates with engineers, analysts, stakeholders, and clients to define data contracts, improve platforms, document lineage, and deliver reliable analytics data.

Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of an LLM-powered chatbot. Lead agent workflows, tool integrations, memory strategies, prompt engineering, evaluation, reliability, scalability, and cost optimization. Mentor engineers, coordinate complex initiatives, collaborate with product stakeholders, and translate ambiguous business needs into effective AI solutions while exploring emerging AI techniques.

Participate in a practical internship developing web, mobile, and digital applications. Build software development skills, apply programming logic to solve business problems, learn software architecture concepts, and collaborate in agile environments alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects.
