We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of cross-functional business and technology initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating projects with organization-wide impact, managing stakeholders across multiple business units, and ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, and quality objectives. You will work closely with business and technical teams while applying structured project management practices within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure
  • Define, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed objectives
  • Facilitate communication between business, operational, and technical teams
  • Prepare project status reports, steering updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Support decision-making through risk assessment and impact analysis
  • Ensure project governance and adherence to established project management methodologies
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues when necessary
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and processes

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience delivering projects within Banking, FinTech, IT Services, or Technology environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating projects with organization-wide impact
  • Strong practical experience with Waterfall project management methodology
  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Strong experience in risk management and issue management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within structured corporate environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
