The Technical Account Management team is the driving factor behind lifetime value, retention and expasion at Tractian. We focus on expanding inside existing customers, crosselling to different products, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. Our Enterprise customers are comprised of Fortune 500 companies, such as Hyundai, Bosch, Unilever, Suzano, PepsiCo, and others. Every member of our team directly affects the results of our clients. As part of this team, you will be in contact with clients to understand their needs and help create solutions to improve their maintenance processes.
As a Mid-Market Technical Account Manager, you will build strategic partnerships with mid-sized industrial clients, helping them maximize the value of TRACTIAN’s solutions and achieve measurable results in their maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead tailored onboarding programs for mid-market clients, focusing on predictive maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing on-site and remote support to improve maintenance workflows and reduce downtime.
- Develop success plans in collaboration with client teams, aligning TRACTIAN solutions with their operational goals.
- Visit factory floors to identify areas for optimization and offer practical solutions.
- Analyze client data to uncover insights and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in maintenance, production, or industrial environments, with prior experience as a supervisor or coordinator.
- Proven ability to work directly with factory teams and decision-makers to implement technical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data and identifying trends.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintenance management tools is advantageous.
Skills Required
