Minitab is seeking a Mid-Market Manager (MMM) to help drive our latest solution offerings and support customers in accelerating their digital transformation journey.

Position Description:

As a Mid-Market Manager (MMM), you will be an integral part of a virtual account team-selling environment, acting as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers. In this role, you will take ownership of your assigned accounts and territory within the mid-market segment (100M – 1B USD) while driving the identification, qualification, and closing of opportunities. Your efforts will lead to the generation of new business, upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewal revenue. You will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, which will be evaluated based on reference ability, customer satisfaction, and increased annual recurring revenue. This role involves 20-35% travel for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned accounts and territory in the mid-market segment.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success.
  • Drive increased annual recurring revenue and customer references.
  • Collaborate within a virtual account team to maximize results.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the information technology/application software market.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with an average deal size greater than $10K.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive sales environment.
  • Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate & Technical College degrees acceptable.

Career Path:

  • After 2-3+ years of successful performance, there is potential for promotion to Senior Account Executive.

Position Availability: We are seeking candidates that reside in Texas.

The territory for this position are the following states: 

TX, OK, NM, CO, AZ, UT, NV, ID, WY, MT, WA

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $85K/year
  • Commission: Eligible for a 50/50 commission plan with uncapped earning potential.
