Role Description:

As a Mid-Market Account Executive in our Software Sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

***Must live with in 2-3 hours of Huntsville AL***

  • Building and executing on a robust pipeline to meet sales targets.

  • Identifying customer pain points and collaborating with the product team to inform future feature development.

  • Utilizing sales tools to find, prospect, and qualify new leads.

  • Conducting software demonstrations, managing contract negotiations, and closing sales.

  • Fostering lasting relationships with top enterprises, industry partners, and small to mid-sized businesses across various sectors.

  • Engaging in upselling opportunities and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in software sales, specifically targeting government contractors.

  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, lead identification and drip campaign emailing tools, SalesLoft, etc.

  • A talent for innovative and customer-focused solutions, with exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work remotely

  • Innovative, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • 4 year degree required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation is a 50/50 OTE depending on experience.
