Team and Mission:

You’ll work closely with our President and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

You’ll represent a product ecosystem that includes telematics, EMDECS, and our all-in-one emdecs one platform.

Your mission is clear and measurable:

  • Win new mid-market fleet operators across Canada
  • Expand accounts strategically over time
  • Deliver operational efficiency, compliance confidence, and measurable ROI

Your work will directly contribute to:

  • Reduced downtime for customers
  • Improved safety and regulatory compliance
  • Revenue growth and market expansion across Canadian provinces

The Role:

A full-cycle, outbound-focused sales role responsible for new logo acquisition and account expansion within the Canadian mid-market fleet sector.

  • You build pipeline deliberately.
  • You qualify properly.
  • You lead sharp discovery.
  • You deliver demo-led conversations that land.
  • You close.

Then you expand.

This is a B2B enterprise sales motion targeting fleet operators and maintenance teams.

Cold calling is part of the job.
Prospecting is weekly discipline, not a quarterly panic.

RequirementsRole Responsibilities - You Will Love To:
  • Prospect consistently across phone, LinkedIn, email, and partnerships
  • Run structured discovery based on fleet size, complexity, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrate telematics, EMDECS, and emdecs one as integrated solutions
  • Close mid-market deals and expand accounts through value delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally using HubSpot, Notion, and modern sales tooling

Requirements:
  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Direct experience in fleet management, logistics or telematics.
  • Bilingual in English and French or English and Spanish
  • Eligible to work in Canada or in USA

Optional:

  • Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance form the Government of Canada (permanent Resident of 5-10 years or Canadian Citizenship.

  • Base: $70,000–$80,000 CAD
  • 50/50 base + uncapped commission
