Vantor is growing its Mobile Training Team (MTT) in support of a multi-faceted software development and systems administration team which directly supports special operations analysts and their on-going activities. Vantor is looking for someone to help train customer teams utilizing the applications hosted on our infrastructure. As a Vantor team member, you will have the opportunity to closely support our mission partners, and your work will have a direct impact on mission imperatives.

What you'll be doing:
In this role you will work closely with Vantor and government teams to help document and create training material for customers to better utilize the analytical tools and datasets used for their specific mission. You will travel to customer sites both US and Internationally based to provide in-person training to customer teams.
You will be helping to further the analytical tradecraft capabilities of both internal Vantor and customer intelligence analyst teams by engaging directly with our mission partners to understand their needs and goals and converting that into tangible tools and methodologies to solve mission problems. At least 25% of your time will be traveling and training customer teams, and the day to day will vary but could include supporting development planning, meetings with customer stakeholders/partners, generating training documentation, and helping guide the overall direction of our team.

Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
• The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $118,000.00 - $196,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

- We are a multi-faceted software development and systems administration team working to build and maintain software applications backed by a self-managed cloud infrastructure with a true big-data footprint (over 14 petabytes)
- Our diverse background of experience in mission support and software development serves as a catalyst to solve unique and challenging intelligence problems in support of special operations analysts and their on-going activities.
- Prototyping and frequent, iterative feedback are core to our delivery approach, anchored by a need to work quickly in support of various missions.
What you'll be doing:
In this role you will work closely with Vantor and government teams to help document and create training material for customers to better utilize the analytical tools and datasets used for their specific mission. Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen.
- Current Top Secret security clearance w/ SCI Eligibility and willing to get a CI poly
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years related experience (Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed)
- Experience as an ABI, Targeting, or All-Source analyst (preferred 5 years with 1-2 years recent support to SOCOM)
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing requirements
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Desire to learn in a non-traditional environment
- Prior experience administering training or developing training material
- Prior experience directly supporting SOCOM, SOCOM subordinate commands, or other DoW and IC agencies with targeting and intelligence analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Baseline knowledge of commercially available information
- Highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and professional speaking skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical audiences
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills (Positive attitude and ambition to help others) including adaptability to different personality types
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and self-directed with strength in multitasking prioritization
- Work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
