Mid Level - QA Automation Engineer (Manual Testing & Playwright Background)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Mid-level QA/AQA Engineer with strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset to help elevate product quality. This role is hands-on and split between manual and automated testing. We’re looking for someone naturally curious, detail-oriented, and self-driven—someone who takes initiative and ensures quality at every stage of the development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright.

• Execute manual test plans and exploratory testing to validate features and identify edge cases.

• Analyze logs (Sentry, server, browser) to diagnose and resolve root causes of issues.

• Partner with developers to identify, document, and track bugs effectively.

• Review product requirements and specifications to ensure testability and clarity.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor results to maintain stability.

• Take full ownership of testing activities, from planning through execution and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience, with a balanced mix of manual (30%) and automation testing. (70%)

• Hands-on experience with Typescript (required).

• Hands-on experience with Playwright (required).

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.

• Familiarity with accessibility testing (WCAG fundamentals, screen reader validation).
