About this opportunity:
We are looking for Product Development leader in SA BOS. The position is a Project manager in PDU Orchestration Program office who will primarily be managing operational metrices, KPI and reporting for PDU portfolio of products and managing part of development and release programs for Orchestration portfolio of products. This role requires experience in managing projects across multiple time zones and multiple cultures. Communication, Collaboration and Problem-Solving skills will be the key success factors for this position.
What you will do:
- Be the owner of metrics including time, quality and scope for the development cycle.
- Establish dashboards to track KPI / metrices for the products from the PDU.
- Oversee the product release readiness in terms of Process and tools.
- Execute project plan, monitor and control as well as subsequent reporting on progress in the most efficient way to achieve the project objectives.
- Be a key contributor in PDU for continuous learning and improvement in ways of working, process and tooling.
The skills you bring:
- Experience in Project management in software engineering.
- Proficiency in managing projects using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as experience with data analytics platforms like PowerBI or EazyBI, is highly valued.
- Good understanding of cloud native software development through its complete lifecycle.
- Resource / Budget management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior management, executives, and technical teams.
- Ability to prioritize and plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a global delivery team
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Experience with BOS engineering product development process and KPIs will be a plus.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
