Mid-Level .NET Developer

This is a Hybrid role working from our Sofia office 2 days a week, offering you the perfect balance of collaborative in-person connection and focused remote flexibility.

Key Aspects of the Role

As a Mid-Level .Net Developer, you’ll be a technical pillar within your squad, focusing on the design and delivery of end-to-end features and subsystems. We believe that great software is built through collaboration and high craft standards. 

In this role, you won't just write code; you will help shape our technical direction, mentor aspiring developers, and ensure our solutions are modular, inclusive, and scalable. If you enjoy solving puzzles and empowering others to grow, you’ll fit right into the team!

Duties of this role include:

• Delivering Quality Software: Designing and building robust, end-to-end features while optimizing for performance, accessibility, and user responsiveness.

• Collaborative Growth: Working closely with cross-functional team members, contributing to workstreams, and sharing knowledge to support and uplift junior colleagues.

• Clear Communication: Translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language and demonstrating feature demos to help guide tactical solutions for our clients.

• Community & Culture: Actively contributing to our Community of Practice and helping represent Waracle’s welcoming culture in team events and recruitment panels.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience delivering complex digital products, with deep expertise in .NET and Angular, building scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions.

• Experience designing and developing cloud-based applications using Azure, with an understanding of modern architecture patterns and best practices.

• A mind for clean code, testing best practices, and building accessible, performant software.

• Great interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaboration, empathy, and clear communication.

• A desire to continuously learn, share knowledge, and contribute to an inclusive engineering community.

The Recruitment Process
