Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer (React, Java) - Fintech payments to join our Fintech team and build worldwide innovative Wallet, Payment, and Anti-Fraud solutions with us. You’ll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants, from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets, credit and risk. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users and enabling smooth transactions across 70+ countries.

Your Mission:

• You will build and maintain our Fintech Portal and payment flow related front end components as well as contribute to the backend that supports it.
• Develop multi-tenant, multi-vertical payment components, used across more than 70 countries
• You will aim to have a good understanding of our security requirements and ensure high security standards are applied.

Qualifications

• Working experience with Typescript, React, React Query, OpenAPI and Postgres.
• You write unit, behavior and integration tests for current and new scenarios with clean and well documented code.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, agile environment on cross-functional teams.
• You love to learn and constantly improve your own skills, and are not afraid to jump into new things.
• Improve the user experience of existing solutions by being data-driven, analyze the impact of features, make hypotheses and implement new solutions.
• You are running, maintaining & deploying your own code to production.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership for them beyond deployment.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AWS, Google Cloud Platform or other cloud providers.
• Experience with JVM Languages (Java, Kotlin).
• Experience working with SQL or BigQuery.
• Good understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectural patterns, troubleshooting methods and best practices.
