About the role
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with expertise in NodeJS and React to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both backend and frontend development, with a focus on modern React development. This role requires flexibility to tackle both backend and frontend tasks as needed, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend services using NodeJS
Develop, test, and maintain frontend applications using modern React
Learn and understand existing code and architecture
Work on documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex systems
Manage and optimize systems composed of multiple components
Troubleshoot and resolve both backend and frontend-related issues
Ensure data integrity and security
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and React
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proactive and willing to bring up issues and solutions independently
Experience with backend services and modern React development
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
Preferred qualifications
Experience with AWS Lambda, containerized services, SQS, and DynamoDB
Experience with complex systems composed of several modules
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
