Position Summary
Credence has an immediate need for a Mid-level Capture Manager who will create and implement a defense and military strategy for searching out promising new business opportunities and turning those opportunities into new business for the company.
- We are looking for self-motivating employees who are proficient in and can lead all aspects of the pre-award capture lifecycle in areas of Defense and Military, to include opportunity identification, research, teaming conversations, negotiations, and proposal leadership (working closely with a proposal team).

Requirements
- Helps to cultivate and grow in Defense and Military (USAF) specific areas of business by winning Recompetes and New work, through a variety of traditional and non-traditional procurement methods.
- Must have demonstrated understanding and the ability to quickly learn the Technologies in our Current and Past Performance Portfolio to effectively support technical capture pipelines.
- Must be experienced with leading task order capture efforts for one or more large-scale Defense and Military IDIQ contracts, to include developing overall IDIQ capture strategies, creatively and dynamically organizing efforts for maximum efficiency, and driving actions and priorities.
- Should be experienced with taking ownership of specific and targeted Task Order DOW capture opportunities. For those efforts, performs competitive analysis and outreach to build teams, manages NDA and Teaming Agreement communications (With the help of In-house Contracts team), and serve as a Capture Manager during the RFP response stage by leading the Proposal team in the developing winning proposals, with specific help in the development of winning themes, competitive pricing, and in presenting a clear understanding of the customer requirements.
- Performs and/or leads research efforts to build a deep capture pipeline and continually prioritizes efforts to maximize return.
- Demonstrated experience meeting fast-paced timelines (sometimes less than 24 hours), hard deadlines for capture efforts.
- Experienced leveraging and/or building relationships within Industry and Government.
- Will serve as a key collaborator with and mentor to Capture Analysts on the team.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience capturing accounts, forming teams, and growing business with the Federal and DOW government 4-8 +years
- Must have experience with the full lifecycle of capture efforts, including opportunity identification and qualification, RFP shredding and bid/no bid conversations, teaming and negotiations, and proposal development.
- Must have an understanding of federal sales and business development methodology and an aptitude for a dynamic, fast-paced capture process.
- Must possess knowledge of federal agency landscape having strong contacts within the relevant Federal IT and Intel Industry groups to facilitate strategic teaming relationships.
- Should have experience in managing capture efforts for large IDIQ contracts, such as GSA OASIS+, GSA Alliant, GSA MAS, VA T4NG or similar vehicles.
- Must have exceptional leadership, management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, management, engineering, or a field relevant to Federal/Defense/Military/USAF/VA contracting.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen requiring no sponsorship, with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.

Skills Required
