Mid-Level Business Immigration Associate

Greenberg Traurig has an opening in its Philadelphia office for a Mid-Level Immigration Attorney.  Qualified candidates should have five or more years of experience specifically in business immigration, including extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications.  Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills.  Experience managing a large client base is a plus.
