Work location: Hybrid (2 days onsite & 3 days remote)
We are looking for a Mid-Level Application Developer. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, as a problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should also be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, who can communicate thoughts and ideas clearly. The candidate should be prepared to learn IVR technologies.
Must have Technical Skills:
- Core Java/J2EE
- SOAP, REST Services
- SQL, PL/SQL
- Oracle Database, SQL Server
Nice to have technical skills:
- Ability to design, develop and support IVR applications
- Genesys Cloud or any contact center systems
