Leidos Intelligence Group has an immediate need for an Exploitation Specialist/Data-Manager - Middle to support our customer in St. Louis Missouri.
Staffing Requirement:
Provide the customer with data manager support including experience managing databases, refining attribution, performing queries, data, migrating data from legacy databases, identifying and mitigating inconsistencies in data entry.
Duties:
Manage postgres and Oracle databases used to store geodetic and geophysical survey data, ensure data adheres to defined standards, and enhance accessibility.
- Coordinate with customer SGOs, Requirements Manager, Mission Managers, Tech Team, Records Management Officer, and Standards personnel to refine data and file formats to align to relevant data standards or establish new data standards as needed.
- Provide input to revisions of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), geodetic standards, and other documentation related to the package generation process.
- Validate data files are correctly attributed and formatted consistently with relevant SOPs and standards documents, and upload data to the current postgres Geodetic Surveys Database (GSD).
- Migrate legacy data from Oracle, removable media, shared drives, and hard copy to the GSD.
- Validate accessibility of data and reports through relevant customer user interfaces, including the Geodetic Survey Application (GeoSAPP), Map of the World (MoW}, Geospatial Repository and Data Management System (GRiD), and Aeronautical Content Exploitation System (ACES).
- Solicit feedback on user-interaction with the database, to include database accessibility, sufficiency of attribution for queries, user interface, ease of data upload.
- Inform customer Requirements Manager, Mission Managers, a Senior-level photogrammetric lead on status and completions.
- Identify potential data sources or optimization methods for the package generation process.
- Ensure accessibility of data from geographically separated branches, and by team leads in the field.
Skills and Experience:
Required
- Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience ORACLE and Postgres database design including relational model building.
- Experience migrating data from legacy databases and other digital storage systems
- Experience in data quality analysis, preparation, cleansing, formatting, and transformation
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel
- Knowledge of NSG standards, and associated organizations and registries, such as Geospatial Intelligence Standards Working Group (GWG), the National Center for Geospatial Intelligence Standards (NCGIS), the Information Technology Standards Committee (ITSC), the DoD IT Standards Registry (DISR), and the IC Standards registry (ICSR)
- Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), XML Schema Documents (XSD), Geography Markup Language (GML), and Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- TS/SCI Clearance is required for this role.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
