What to expect
- Involved in the development and maintenance of MicroStrategy dashboards, reports and dossiers
- Support data modeling, schema object creation and report optimization in the MicroStrategy environment
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand reporting requirements
- Work with data engineers to integrate MicroStrategy with data sources (e.g. Oracle database, data warehouse)
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to report performance or data accuracy
- Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency and performance on development items
- Document development and deployment processes
- Work in a truly international environment across 3 continents (US, EU, APAC)

Technical skills
- At least 2 years of experience in MicroStrategy (dashboard/report/dossier)
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g Python, Java)
- Basic understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, schema objects (attributes, metrics, filters) and reporting components
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Ability to adapt to standardized data visualization best practices
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in Agile / Scrum ways of working
- Exposure to DevOps (e.g. CI/CD)
