The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
What You Will Do
- Microsoft's O365 subject matter expert in Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive,
- Office 365 administration, groups, licensing, automations, tenant health, and new service enablement.
- Design and implementation of products based on requirements while meeting cyber and security policies for an IT subject matter area
- Provide measurable input for new products/services, processes or standards in operational plans in order to implement business strategies.
- Responsible for influencing others regarding policies, practices related to Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
- Execute change management requests and provide support for scheduled and planned maintenance
- Support Operations Tier 3 for Tenant Engineering is essential
- Participate in researching and testing next generation technologies
- Coordination and escalation to Microsoft Support
- Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area
- This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- 2+ years of experience working as an O365 engineer.
- Experience working with PowerShell.

Skills Required
