700Apps is currently seeking a skilled Microsoft EPM Administrator to join our team. As a Microsoft EPM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining our Microsoft EPM environment to support our project management needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our EPM system and optimize its functionality to meet our business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the Microsoft EPM environment, including Project Server and Project Online.
- Maintain and update the EPM system, implementing necessary patches and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project management processes and workflows.
- Provide end-user support, including training, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Integrate the EPM system with other applications and tools as required.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure system documentation is up to date and compliance with best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Microsoft EPM.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience working as a Microsoft EPM Administrator.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft EPM tools, including Project Server and Project Online.
- Experience in administering and configuring EPM environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) are preferred.
