We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Engineer – CRM to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of CRM solutions for our esteemed client in the banking domain. This role is based in Riyadh and demands a proactive CRM professional with strong domain knowledge, CRM platform expertise, and business stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- CRM Implementation & Customization
- Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM to suit banking-specific requirements.
- Develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, reports, and custom fields aligned with retail/corporate banking needs.
- Domain-Driven CRM Design
- Apply domain expertise to design CRM workflows related to KYC, customer onboarding, loan origination, and compliance processes.
- Support CRM integration with banking systems like Temenos, Finacle, and payment gateways.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Document user stories, functional specifications, and process improvements.
- Drive user adoption through training, demos, and documentation.
- Banking Domain Expertise
- Proven track record with CRM systems in the banking, fintech, or financial services industries.
- Solid understanding of core banking processes and compliance workflows.
- CRM Platform Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred) or Salesforce.
- Ability to design and customize CRM functionalities to meet banking-specific business requirements.
- Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution mapping.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical Integration Knowledge
- Understanding of CRM integrations with core banking platforms, payment gateways, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Certifications
- CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce Administrator).
- Business analysis or banking certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, AML, GDPR) are an added advantage.
- Advanced Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Excel tools: Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP and other functions for data-driven reporting.
- The position is onsite in Riyadh.
- Candidates must be able to join within 4 weeks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
