About the role:

We are looking for an MS Dynamics Engineer to implement, configure and support CDC Systems, Databases and Networks as we continue our digital transformation journey. The incumbent will contribute to the management and optimisation of our new ERP system as new functionality is deployed in our environment. This role is responsible for technical development, functional configuration and modular integration.

In this role you will be required to:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Dynamics 365 suite, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. 
  • Develop and implement DevOps pipelines to automate the build, test and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions. 
  • Assist and manage code deployments, in all Dynamics 365 environments 
  • Develop and promote unmanaged solutions, merge solutions in lower environments. 
  • Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant security and data privacy regulations 
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams and end-users on the effective use of Dynamics 365 services. 
  • Lead the implementation and oversee the technical components and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions, including data migration projects, functional elements, and integrations with other systems. 
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure staff are proficient in using Dynamics 365 tools and features. 
  • Provide triage for production issues and escalate support for Dynamics 365-related issues. 
  • Participating in technical (code) reviews, technical documentation, and remediation plans throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle. 
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders and the wider project team in gathering requirements, agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and go live activities. 
  • Share/presenting to the wider Solutions team to share knowledge/experience in project implementations. 
  • Work closely with Microsoft support and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve critical incidents. 

About You:
  • 5+ Years experience in the troubleshooting of complex application and system issues. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business. 
  • Proficient in PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI. 
  • Experience in implementing DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 Solutions. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)

Essential:

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
