Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Mindera is on the lookout for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our innovative team! In this role, you will act as a bridge between our clients' needs and our development team, playing a vital role in the deployment and customization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, provide training, and ensure successful implementations.

Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics will be key in ensuring that our clients achieve their business objectives and derive maximum value from their investment in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements to customize Microsoft Dynamics solutions accordingly.
• Design, implement, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics applications while ensuring high performance and usability.
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are equipped to make the most of the software.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that custom solutions meet business needs and integrate smoothly with existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and performance of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, or related Microsoft platforms.
• Experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with project management tools and methodologies.

Key Skills & Experience:

• MS Business Central:
• Implement and manage MS Business Central ERP solutions, focusing on supply chain and accounting functions.
• Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to streamline business operations.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for the ERP system.
• MS Dynamics CE:
• Deploy and manage Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions to improve customer experience.
• Design and configure CE modules such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Analyze business processes and recommend CRM strategies to drive engagement.
• MS Power Apps:
• Develop low-code applications using MS Power Apps to enhance business productivity.
• Integrate Power Apps with existing MS Dynamics and other enterprise systems.
• Maintain and update applications to meet evolving business requirements.
