The Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant. Ideally you will have experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to customers.

The suitable candidate will work as a functional consultant understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution. This function also interacts with our other functions for project delivery, quality assurance and business as usual support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation
  • Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues
  • Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications
  • Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
  • Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications
  • Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
  • Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels
  • Excellent English, written and Oral
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
  • Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT (advantageous but not essential)
  • Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.
  • Microsoft Technologies; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, Power Platform, Azure / Cloud concepts knowledge

Experience:

  • Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision, NAV etc.) implementation experience (essential)
  • Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels
  • Excellent English, written and Oral
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies

Education:

  • Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT advantageous but not essential
  • Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable

Once you are successfully selected for interview a dedicated talent acquisition manager will reach out and arrange a short pre-screening call. We want to learn more about you and the experience you can bring to the position. The interview process will have 2-3 stages and we will work around your availability. You will the opportunity to talk with our recruitment team at various points throughout the process. All interview stages will be conducted remotely via video calls and arranged at a time that fits with your schedule. We will close the position once the role is filled.
