What will you be doing?
As a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator in the Corporate Systems team, you will be working in a team that is responsible for various administrative responsibilities in our Microsoft Dynamics solution and providing support for approximately 2,600 users globally. You will be reporting to the Corporate Systems SVP.
Job Responsibilities
In summary, you will spend most of your time working as a member of the Corporate Systems Dynamics Administration team, managing day-to-day activities and providing support to the 2,600 users. Below are some details:
- Participating in the global daily stand up
- Reviewing user requests from various countries in the Americas, EMEA and APAC and triaging them as appropriate to various teams.
- Reviewing relevant user requests in more detail, troubleshooting any issues as required and solutioning them accordingly.
- Assisting in managing user licensing requests and inventory.
- Performing various analyses as required to maintain data quality.
- Manipulating data, including extracts, analyses, bulk uploads, etc.
- Assisting users and coaching them on various processes and system functionality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role managing, administering, or architecting in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services
- Experience with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow Foundations; experience in Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET/C#, SQL Server, Azure,) preferred.
- Experience in the Plugin, Workflow, Custom Workflow Development, Java Script, console application, Ribbon workbench, Business Rule and Business Process Flow
- Experience with Power Platform (i.e. automate, apps, BI); knowledge of Python a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM upgrades, migrations, and integrations across other systems (i.e. NetSuite, Celigo)
- Some experience in working with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
