About the Role & Team
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT Analyst to join our Prague-based technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the delivery, support, and optimisation of our D365 platform across the organisation. Working closely with business stakeholders and the wider IT team, you will be the face of the D365 team working to maintain business continuity and resolve issues on a timely basis.
What You’ll Do
System Support & Administration
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement)
- Monitor, maintain, and optimise D365 performance, security roles, and user access management
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA frameworks
- Coordinate with Microsoft support and external vendors to resolve complex platform issues
- Assist with supporting control audits
Analysis & Configuration
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional D365 specifications
- Configure D365 modules including customisations, workflows, forms, entities, and third-party integrations
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions leveraging out-of-the-box D365 functionality
- Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and validation
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in D365 release wave deployments, upgrades, and hotfix cycles
- Contribute to project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Identify process automation opportunities using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation, process guides, and end-user training materials
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with business units to understand and anticipate evolving requirements
- Deliver end-user training and onboarding for new D365 features and processes
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with international teams across the organisation
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O)
- Strong knowledge of D365 module Finance & Operations
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes
- Understanding of the D365 security model, data entities, and business events
- Ability to write and interpret basic X++ code or JavaScript customisations (desirable)
Functional & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to issue resolution
- Ability to map business processes to D365 functionality effectively
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and writing test scripts
- Confidence working with SQL queries and data interrogation tools
Language & Communication
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — primary working language
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to varied audiences
Professional Attributes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Right to work in the Czech Republic (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permit)
